This report presents an analysis of U.S. consumer search engine preferences based on a survey fielded in March, 2017. We surveyed 800 smartphone users to understand search behavior and preferences on both smartphones and desktop computers. Results are statistically projectable to the overall U.S. population of smartphone users, as well as within the iOS and Android segments. The report quantifies consumer preferences for search engines, browsers, virtual personal assistants, search apps, search engine defaults and more on both smartphone and desktop platforms. 26 pages; 20 graphs and charts
